Oh dear! I didnΓÇÖt even make it through twenty four hours before breaking my ban on books! In my defence I read a very tiny amount of a very boring but worthy book which sent me straight to sleep!
But I do “get it”. Instead of curling up early with a book I headed out to a COMENSA event and mingled with fellow coaches.  Coaches are great people to be around to hatch new ideas, dream about the future and consider new possibilities!
It was fun to see familiar faces and to realise that starting a coaching practise is like any small business, exhilarating, scary, fun and lonely all rolled up into on.
