Our session was a great success, largely due to Penny’s outstanding facilitation skills. I thoroughly enjoyed her sense of humour and absolute honesty and frankness when she intuitively picked up on vibes in the room.She also gave leeway to topics that arose that were not part of the agenda, but were important enough to be addressed immediately. Penny understood our expectations upfront and regularly checked in with us regarding our progress in line with our required outcomes.
